Business Intelligence Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Member Analytics team. This role will collaborate with marketing and product teams to evaluate retention and engagement trends, drive sustainable growth, and generate long-term measurable value. The ideal candidate will leverage data to guide decision-making, utilizing SQL, Excel, and Tableau to develop dashboards, reports, and strategic insights.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end business intelligence analyses and provide actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and scorecards to inform marketing tactics and product development.
- Analyze A/B test results and customer behavior to drive data-driven decisions.
- Measure the impact of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product launches.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and contribute to business intelligence strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical methods, and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
