- Maintain a comprehensive application catalog including metadata and utilization metrics
- Identify opportunities for system consolidation or retirement
- Develop actionable roadmaps for decommissioning and data migration
- Present findings and strategies to executive leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT project management within healthcare environments
- Strong analytical skills and experience with application portfolios
- Deep understanding of technical infrastructure, software architecture, and system dependencies
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in healthcare IT
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to deliver executive-ready presentations and documentation
