Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. This role is ideal for someone who can lead cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic decision-making, and deliver value across complex enterprise environments. You will act as a key liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the requirements gathering process across multiple complex projects.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable insights.
- Drive business process re-engineering and optimization initiatives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Mentor junior BAs and act as a quality gatekeeper for business analysis deliverables.
- Analyze large data sets and provide strategic insights using BI tools.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Act as a product owner proxy and help shape the product roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst across varied domains (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, etc.).
- Expertise in business process modeling, gap analysis, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data querying for analytical insights.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like ERP, CRM, or custom applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
