About North Texas Soccer Club:

North Texas SC is the MLS NEXT Pro affiliate of FC Dallas, playing a crucial role in the player development pathway while serving as a community-focused brand rooted in North Texas. Based in Mansfield, one of the fastest-growing areas in the country, the club is dedicated to delivering an exceptional matchday experience and fostering strong partnerships with local and regional organizations. North Texas SC will move into a brand-new, 7,500-seat stadium in Spring 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for professional soccer in the region.

We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Manager of Sponsorship to lead efforts in securing, managing, and activating corporate partnerships that align with the club’s values and business goals.

Position Summary:

The Manager of Sponsorship will be responsible for identifying new sponsorship opportunities, managing existing partner relationships, and delivering high-quality activation programs that ensure sponsor satisfaction and retention. This is a hands-on, front-facing role ideal for a strategic thinker who can blend sales acumen with creative execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and secure new sponsorship partners through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Develop customized sponsorship proposals tailored to each partner’s objectives and brand alignment.
  • Manage all aspects of sponsor relationships, including contract execution, asset delivery, and activation plans.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Marketing, Game Day Operations, Digital, and Community) to fulfill sponsorship elements.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of all deliverables, including in-stadium signage, digital content, promotions, and community programs.
  • Create and deliver proof-of-performance reports, recaps, and renewal strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors on matchdays, including hosting, hospitality, and activation oversight.
  • Collaborate with the FC Dallas sponsorship team on shared opportunities and best practices.
  • Support the development of premium inventory packages and naming rights proposals.
  • Maintain detailed records of sponsor activity, proposals, and contracts in CRM systems.
  • Attend community and networking events to represent the club and generate new business leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or business development (sports industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of securing and growing sponsorship revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mansfield, TX or surrounding area. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed or assigned, contributing to a collaborative and growing team environment.

North Texas SC is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity within our organization. We are committed to building an inclusive team that reflects the communities we serve.
