What’s the Role?
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bring the ThoughtSpot story to life across the customer journey. You’ll play a key role in crafting messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy for our platform.
This is a highly cross-functional role—you’ll work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to develop content and campaigns that resonate with both business and technical audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, strategic thinker, and proactive collaborator who’s excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
Positioning & Messaging
  • Define clear, compelling messaging and value propositions for our products and features.
  • Distill complex product capabilities into customer-facing narratives that align with market needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to ensure consistent positioning across all touchpoints.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Own product launches from planning to execution—coordinating with product, comms, and demand gen teams to ensure successful rollouts. Develop go-to-market plans that drive pipeline growth and product adoption.
  • Partner with strategic cloud providers and ecosystem partners to amplify product messaging.
Content Creation & Campaign Support
  • Create and maintain a range of marketing assets, including product one-pagers, website copy, presentations, case studies, and blogs.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns with content tailored to target audiences and buyer personas. Develop customer stories and proof points that highlight the value of ThoughtSpot in the real world.
Enablement & Insights
  • Equip sales and customer-facing teams with the right tools, messaging, and training to position products effectively.
  • Collect and share market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and positioning. Help manage our presence in analyst reports such as the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in the analytics or data space.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and audience fit.
  • Experience launching products and supporting go-to-market strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B buyer journey and experience crafting content for multiple personas and funnel stages.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to make complex ideas easy to understand.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
