Job Description

The Core Administrative System Test Manager is responsible for all of the testing and output of testing team for the testing of the Javelina system and its related systems and processes to support business requirements. The Core Administrative System Test Lead will be responsible for all of the testing of assigned areas.

Years of experience needed

• Must have at least four years of core system administrative testing experience and least two years of managing experience (Javelina testing experience strongly preferred

Technical Skills:

• Javelina or HealthPac experience in testing is a plus

• Detail oriented

• Ability to assign testing areas to test team members, track the progress of test cases by functional area and by tester, and the ability to create weekly testing progress reports

• Knowledge of health plan / TPS industry

• Must be able to speak and write fluently in English.

• Has professional, reassuring demeanor when addressing problems or issues.

• Focuses on needs of clients.

Certifications Needed:

• Degree of operational knowledge within a least one of the following areas, Claims, Plan Building, Provider Contracts/Fee Rules, Premium Billing and Administration, Reinsurance or JQS.
