Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and play a hands-on role in driving value for our customers. You’ll support a portfolio of enterprise clients as they use Volonte to power transformation across their organizations. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at a fast-moving, bootstrapped and founder-led startup. You’ll help shape what Customer Success looks like at Volonte—and grow with us as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide new customers through onboarding and activation
  • Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of Volonte by proactively sharing best practices and insights
  • Monitor engagement, identify risks and opportunities, and help customers succeed
  • Lead regular check-ins and feedback sessions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams
  • Wear many hats in any given week—perfect for utility players who like variety and impact

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role (ideally Customer Success, Recruiting, Account Management, etc.)
  • Sharp, resourceful, and eager to take ownership from day one
  • A self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • A clear communicator who’s great with people and thoughtful under pressure
  • Big bonus: experience with enterprise clients, SaaS platforms, or change management
