  • Utilize tools such as StarRC and Quantus to improve product performance, power efficiency, and area optimization.
  • Engage in high-frequency analysis and contribute to packaging solutions.
  • Lead and participate in 3DIC design flow projects to drive innovation and achieve optimal product outcomes.
Skill Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of parasitic extraction and device/interconnect/TSV/BUMP modeling.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools and flows, such as StarRC and Quantus.
  • Familiarity with reliability verification, ESD concepts, and standard cell library and memory architectures.
