Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director (Full-Time Freelance)

Our client, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to craft impactful, visually engaging creative across digital and print platforms. The right candidate combines conceptual thinking with polished execution, and knows how to bring a brand’s story to life through design. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industries is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and development of digital and print assets including websites, social content, email campaigns, sales materials, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring strategic concepts to life.
- Build clean, effective layouts and creative that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Adapt and refine creative based on feedback from internal teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver fresh, effective creative.
What You Bring:
- Relevant experience in graphic design, art direction, or visual communications.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual and executional skills across various media.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability to work full-time freelance during Eastern Standard Time hours.
- Bonus: Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
