Key Responsibilities:
Project Intake & Resource Management:
- Manage the intake of all creative and production requests from the One Marketing team.
- Maintain visibility into all creative briefs and project status across the studio.
- Oversee creative capacity planning and optimize project intake tools and processes.
- Develop, socialize, and maintain RACI models for cross-functional initiatives.
Project & Workflow Management:
- Develop, track, and maintain project timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
- Ensure consistent and accurate use of Workfront for project tracking and updates.
- Coordinate smooth project handoffs between teams for continuity and efficiency.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal clients and stakeholders.
Studio Operations & Process Optimization:
- Lead and facilitate key studio meetings including weekly designer syncs, daily check-ins, and creative reviews.
- Serve as the go-to resource for deliverable tracking and project progress updates.
- Continuously improve studio workflows and enhance team collaboration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine creative briefs, streamline feedback loops, and ensure timely approvals.
- Triage creative and production intake inquiries and manage external agency relationships when applicable.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Creative Operations, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex creative projects and production timelines.
- Strong background in workflow optimization and process improvement.
- Expertise in resource and capacity management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, design, and production teams.
- Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management software is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an in-house creative studio or agency environment.
- Familiarity with creative briefing tools and marketing campaign workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
