Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator will be vital in contributing to Carolina Core’s success. From behind-the-scenes logistics to front-and-center matchday operations, this role is essential to ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll play a key part in creating an exceptional experience for fans, staff, and players.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the club.
  • Lead Match Run of Show before and during Matches
  • Help with stadium setup and breakdown for all home matches.
  • Create and maintain organized systems for the stadium, office and merchandise.
  • Receive, distribute, and organize shipments.
  • Support the Merchandise Department with inventory organization and day-to-day logistics of their merchandise.
  • Pack activations for Community Outreach efforts.
  • Operational Support for all Club Special Events (ie: Fundraisers, Community Clinics, Fan Engagement Parties, Player Appearances, etc...)
  • Take on additional projects and tasks as needed across operations and merchandising.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide others and keep operations on track.

  • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Flexible availability—must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and nontraditional hours.
  • Physically capable—must be able to lift heavy objects and handle several hours of physical labor during events.
