Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly reports, key metrics, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, production, and supply chain, to provide financial insights.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for manufacturing operations and corporate.
- Track open items and issues, keeping management informed of progress, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Utilize ERP solutions (preferably JDE) and MS applications such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint for financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or corporate finance environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and nested IF statements.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and strong planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE.
