As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of support projects. You need to ensure that the project will be delivered successfully in time, therefore you need to:

  • Actively work with your team to handle project escalation issues, facilitate discussion, and resolve any conflicts as needed
  • Proactively communicate a clear picture to team members of what project success looks like, and work with client leadership to build the comprehensive plan on how to get there
  • Partnering with our clients, you will define, gather and analyze client requirements, as well as provide them with consistent follow ups and progress reports
  • Assist high-performance teams and individuals track progress and clear any project roadblocks along the way
  • Tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Effectively coordinate tasks and schedules of the project according to each phase and priority
  • Possessing a strong understanding of content management technologies, platforms, and workflows.
  • Figure out how to resolve technical issues by diagnosing them and providing potential solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management with a proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), especially Drupal, Liferay, and Adobe platforms.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and content workflows.
  • Understanding of content strategy and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with experience managing multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experienced in cross-functional communication and application of project management techniques in situations that involve a blend of resources from initial strategy mapping to user experience design
  • Able to work independently with excellent time management skills. Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex business solution concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • Passionate about personal development and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe) or Program Management (e.g., PMP).
  • Experience in data-driven environments, such as big data platforms or data engineering.
  • Knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, MS Project Plan
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Software Development Lifecycle)
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent level of demonstrated
