The Impact You’ll Make

As the next Creative Project Manager at Resident360, you’ll be the driving force behind brand, creative, and website initiatives—ensuring projects run smoothly from kickoff through delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, maintain quality standards, and support client success. This role requires a strategic, adaptable mindset and a strong

understanding of agency workflows, brand development, and web project execution.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage and organize projects using Teamwork, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across creative, brand, and web deliverables
  • Process and track incoming project orders via Smartsheet, keeping systems up to date
  • Create detailed timelines and workback schedules for internal teams
  • Collaborate with design, copywriting, web development, account management, and sales to align on project goals and scope
  • Oversee quality assurance for all creative and web projects, ensuring adherence to brand standards and best practices
  • Assist sales and marketing with proposal decks and internal planning collateral
  • Write and edit marketing copy for websites and collateral (digital and print)
  • Support brand strategy development, including naming, messaging, and positioning exercises
  • Generate website sitemaps and content outlines, providing strategic input on page structure and user experience
  • Onboard new employees and ensure smooth handoff of process documentation
  • Work closely with third-party vendors, freelancers, and contractors to support project execution
  • Contribute to process improvements and support the development of SOPs across departments
  • Occasionally assist with creative needs, especially in Adobe Creative Suite

Skills & qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative or digital project management, preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, and website development lifecycles
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent projects with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Teamwork, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Strong writing skills with experience producing or editing web and marketing copy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting updates or deliverables
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Multifamily or real estate industry experience is a plus
