  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead large-scale enterprise projects with a primary focus on IBM Maximo and MAS 9 implementations and upgrades. This individual will play a critical role in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Maximo-based EAM solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the upgrade and implementation of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9), including containerized deployment on Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Manage full project lifecycle planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business SMEs, system integrators, and vendors.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, scope, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, KPIs, and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and industry standards (e.g., NERC/CIP).
  • Drive user training, change management, and post-go-live support strategies.
  • Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification (required)
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing IBM Maximo projects
  • Proven experience managing a Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) upgrade or implementation
  • Familiarity with asset management processes in energy, utilities, or public infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of system integrations (GIS, SAP, SCADA, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
