Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to provide expert-level support and manage new projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in healthcare IT and be proficient in Epic Radiant.
Responsibilities:
Support and Maintenance: Provide expert administration, troubleshooting, and configuration for Epic Radiant applications.
Project Management: Lead and manage new projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Client Collaboration: Facilitate meetings with clinical end users to gather workflow requirements and optimize operational processes.
Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior analysts and train end users on new functionalities and system updates.
Technical Solutions: Develop custom solutions and advanced configurations to address workflow challenges.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project plans, resource estimates, and status reports for stakeholders.
Research and Recommendations: Support IT initiatives through proactive research and recommendations of emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (additional experience may substitute for education).
Minimum of five years of experience in IT or business workflow support.
Certification in Epic Radiant within six months of hire.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and system troubleshooting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of multidisciplinary business or clinical information systems.
Desired Skills:
Experience with large-scale clinical or business system implementations.
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to engineer technical solutions.
Familiarity with managing multiple projects and systems simultaneously.
