Sales Director - Capping Equipment
The responsibility of the Sales Director, Capping Equipment position is to manage existing customers and deliver incremental sales growth to the CSI capping equipment business. The Sales Director will also lead a resource team for capping spare parts sales and capping equipment customer service.
The position is accountable for development and execution of capping business commercial strategy including prospecting, sales, pipeline, customer relationship management, pricing and interfacing all commercial issues with CSI capping equipment customers. The role also is responsible for driving capping equipment spare parts sales revenue growth. Key functional requirements include contributing to capping business plan stategy, ongoing interface with the CSI closures commercial team and field service teams, monthly forecast planning, competitive benchmarking, and identifying product performance requirements opportunities to improve capping equipment value to CSI customers. In addition to customer relationships, the position requires alliance relationships with leaders at filling equipment OEMs and auxiliary equipment OEMs. The Sales Director, Capping Equipment is expected to be the expert commercial resource and serve as the external "face" of CSI for capping equipment, while also being the commercial leadership voice of the customer for the capping business.
The Sales Director is required to support and mentor team resources with coaching development required to achieve CSI business objectives. The Sales Director is expected to be a professional, operating with the highest integrity with exceptional communication skills in developing and managing customer relationships.
