Job Title: IT Project Manager - Dynamics 365 Migration
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid - occasional onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Job Description:
SNIT is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical ERP migration project for one of our clients in the healthcare industry. This role will focus on overseeing the transition from Microsoft Great Plains to Dynamics 365, managing the project in coordination with an external implementation vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the external implementation partner.


• Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.


• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.


• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure effective communication across departments.


• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Background/Experience:

• Proven experience managing ERP migrations, particularly from Great Plains to Dynamics 365.


• Strong background in vendor oversight and coordination.


• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


• Based in or near Jacksonville, FL, or willing to travel onsite 2-4 times over the 6-month project.

Start Date: May/June 2025
Contract Length: 6 Months
Contract Rate: Up to $65/hr.-$75/hr. or so. (negotiable) talk to your recruiter to learn more.
