Technical Project Manager
We have partnered with our client in their search for a Technical Project Manager.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Oracle ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of our ERP implementation across multiple business units. This role is key to ensuring that the ERP solution is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end ERP project lifecycle activities.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress and adjust as needed.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors/consultants.
Facilitate communication between functional teams, technical teams, and leadership.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project.
Lead status meetings and report on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Support data migration, integration, testing, and training phases of the ERP implementation.
Ensure compliance with change management and organizational readiness strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5-8 years of project management experience, ideally in ERP implementation
Strong understanding of core business functions (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain, HR).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
ERP-specific certification is a plus.
