Medical Devices Project Manager - PMP

Job Title: Medical Devices Project Manager Jama & Jira | PMP Certified

Location: Danvers, MA - Onsite
Job Type: Contract W2.

Experience Level: Senior not less than 10 Yrs.

Certifications: PMP Certification Mandatory.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with hands-on experience using Jama and Jira, and a PMP certification.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Use Jama to manage requirements, traceability, and risk analysis.
• Use Jira for sprint planning, tracking progress, and issue management.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate project status and deliverables clearly with stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain alignment with PMO guidelines and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (active and in good standing).
• 10+ years of project management experience in a technical or product-focused environment.
• Strong experience with Jama Connect and Jira Software.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
