As a Senior Fintech Partner, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic fintech relationships with partners to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) and overages from referral and reseller partner and partner client purchases. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Partner Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business influencers across leadership and stakeholders in assigned partner organizations.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to acquire and grow revenue opportunities in alignment with MX and partner business objectives.
  • Drive sustainable, high-margin net revenue growth on a quarterly basis.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.
  • Conduct needs analysis and solution validation to align MX products with partner and partner-client requirements.

Sales Execution & Process Adherence

  • Lead sales processes utilizing MX-defined milestones, CRM tools, and precision selling methodologies.
  • Adhere to sales certification processes, ensuring expert knowledge of MX products, client industries, and strategic selling.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and deal validation for new opportunities, ensuring alignment with partner budgets, decision-makers, and business outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, and sales consultants to streamline sales operations and enhance partner engagement.

Market & Product Insights

  • Share key insights on client needs, market trends, and product feedback with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of MX’s competitive landscape and industry positioning.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen MX’s brand and market presence.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS and fintech.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a partner-driven sales model.
  • Strong ability to sell to C-level executives and build trusted relationships with decision-makers.
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Ability to design tailored solutions, establish value, and challenge assumptions to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity software.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Travel required as needed.

Work Environment

At MX, we seek to hire candidates who drive results and achieve successful outcomes. We utilize a hybrid work arrangement style, which may require both local and remote team members to be in the office when necessary, to kick off projects, hold cross team strategy meetings, or complete key deliverables. Remote team members will travel into the office four times per year, and MX covers travel expenses associated with this requirement. Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $118,000 to $235,000. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
