This is a key role for someone who enjoys analyzing complex investments, leading a team, and supporting financial advisors. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the firm’s due diligence team, ensuring thorough evaluation of investment products across private equity, private credit, private real estate, DSTs, QOZs, structured products, and more.
  • Serve as the firm’s go-to expert on alternative investments, helping shape the product platform and strengthen advisor confidence.
  • Partner with financial advisors to design diversified, tax-efficient portfolios incorporating complex products.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams as a decision-maker on product approval and investment committee representation.
  • Deliver market insights and investment strategy presentations to internal teams and advisor audiences.
  • Build strong partnerships with third-party asset managers, coordinating research and product sourcing.
  • Guide and mentor a team of analysts, promoting technical excellence and ongoing development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of direct experience in HNW wealth management, with a strong track record in hands-on due diligence of complex investments.
  • Prior leadership of a due diligence or investment research team required.
  • In-depth knowledge of private markets and alternative investments.
  • Experience advising or supporting financial advisors in portfolio construction and investment selection.
  • CFA required; CAIA preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
