Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Enterprise and Product Architects to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
- Define, implement, and maintain technology roadmaps for HR platforms.
- Ensure platform architecture meets evolving business requirements.
- Act as a technical thought leader, advising on architectural best practices and tech strategy.
- Develop and enforce architecture standards, models, and governance in coordination with the enterprise team.
- Drive business/IT alignment for HR-related systems and services.
