Instructor Trainer (Hybrid)

Title: Instructor Trainer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Position will be 2 days (Mondays and Fridays) remote and 3 days (Tuesdays-Thursdays) on-site at the location listed above. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY.

Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Description:

These Instructor Trainer contractor positions are part of the Administrative Applications Grants Management System team and will be working to develop, implement, and provide role and scenario-based training materials (written, recorded, and in person) for the purposes of end users, external users, and administrators of the enterprise Grants Management System (GMS) in Salesforce. These positions will perform Instructor Trainer duties that will involve the creation of both written and recorded webinar training materials for agency and external users. These positions may be required to provide in-person training to system users, based on needs of the agency.

Required Skills:

8 Years of Experience as a training instructor or in a related field

8 Years of Experience in training methods and technologies

8 Years of Experience in curriculum development and instructional design

Preferred Skills:

4 Years of Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

4 Years of Experience with instructional design and training materials of Information Technology applications or systems

4 Years of Strong presentation and facilitation skills

4 Years of Excellent written communication abilities
