We are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to design and implement AI-powered applications and solutions to productize and optimize and scale key business processes. This role reports to our CTO and plays a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency through the development of automation tools, intelligent systems, and machine learning applications.

responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain microservices and applications with a React (preferred) frontend and a Python backend.
- Integrate AI, automation, and machine learning to enhance product features and streamline tasks.
- Train and fine-tune machine learning models for predictive analytics and decision support.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deploying applications.
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-based systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to store, process, and manage data efficiently.
- Collaborate in an agile, fast-paced environment, iterating quickly on new features and adapting to change.
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of new, enterprise products.
qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- Experience with React (preferred) or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong backend development skills using Python.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, automation tools, and data-driven development.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and building scalable applications.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and best practices for automated deployments.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Comfortable working in an agile, startup environment with iterative design and rapid development cycles.
- Team player with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
skills: Nice to Have
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch, AI models, vector DBs, and embeddings
- Interest in AI-driven development and automation trends.
