Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apple OS X, Windows, Desktop Support - Remote, Incident Management, MS Office, Service Now, and Networking. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure seamless operations. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

• Implement and oversee incident management processes to ensure quick resolution and minimal impact on operations.
• Utilize MS Office tools to create reports, presentations, and documentation for project tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Leverage Service Now for efficient ticket management and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with the networking team to ensure robust and secure network infrastructure.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and issue logs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all project activities.
• Provide training and support to team members on technical tools and processes.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of company resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Must have strong experience in Apple OS X and Windows environments.
• Must possess excellent skills in remote desktop support and incident management.
• Must be proficient in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Must have hands-on experience with Service Now for ticket management.
