- Manage complex calendars and coordinate extensive travel arrangements
- Support a range of business-related tasks with occasional (~5%) personal assistance
- Identify problems proactively, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions to completion
- Collaborate on high-impact projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1.5 – 6 years of executive assistant experience
- Experience in financial services, private equity, or hedge fund environments preferred
- Highly polished communication style—clear, concise, and professional
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and collaborative demeanor with ability to engage across all levels
- Self-contained, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
