Position Overview:
The Senior Director of Finance plays a critical role in overseeing all financial activities of United Community Supports of Maryland. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strategic financial planning to support organizational growth and sustainability.
Strategic Financial Planning & Performance Analysis: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth performance analysis to guide organizational strategy.

Audit Oversight: Direct and manage the entire annual financial auditing process, ensuring thorough preparation, timely execution, and effective resolution of audit findings.

Grant Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports required for grant compliance, ensuring timely and precise reporting in line with grantor requirements.
Billing & Receivables Management: Lead the preparation and timely generation of invoices, confirm the receipt of payments, and actively manage aging receivables to maintain strong cash flow.
