Position Summary:
North Texas Soccer Club, the MLS NEXT Pro affiliate of FC Dallas, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Ticket Sales to lead our ticketing sales team in Mansfield, Texas. This is a full-time, in-person position that plays a vital role in driving revenue through season tickets, group sales, premium seating, and suites. This individual will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate closely with departments including Marketing, Ticket Operations, Corporate Partnerships, and Game Day Operations. North Texas SC will be moving to a brand new 7,500 capacity stadium in one of the fastest growing areas in the country opening in the Spring of 2026.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with strong strategic sales skills, experience developing high-performing teams, and a passion for growing the game of soccer in North Texas.

- Develop and execute ticket sales strategies in coordination with North Texas SC and FC Dallas leadership, including forecasting, budgeting, promotions, and CRM campaigns.
- Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve sales goals for season tickets, group sales, and premium seating.
- Train and coach ticket sales staff to support individual growth and team performance.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to create targeted sales campaigns and maximize ticket revenue.
- Design sales contests and incentives to create a results-driven and positive sales environment.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive outreach.
- Represent the club in community and in-stadium events to drive fan engagement and sales opportunities.
- Partner closely with other departments including Ticket Operations, Service & Retention, Corporate Partnerships, Marketing, Human Resources.
- Regularly communicate with FC Dallas and MLS NEXT Pro leadership to align on organizational goals and best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with fans and community members.
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event and game schedules.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mansfield, TX – this is not a remote or work-from-home position.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed or assigned, contributing to a collaborative and growing team environment.
