Business Analyst:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Customer Integration Analyst to join a fast-paced team responsible for analyzing and coordinating technology integrations following new product sales. This role acts as the bridge between sales, clients, and internal technical teams to ensure a seamless and successful implementation process. The ideal candidate is self-managed, solutions-focused, and skilled at turning business needs into actionable technical deliverables.
This role is fully remote. Candidates located in Jacksonville, Florida are preferred. EST working hours are required.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary business liaison for assigned sales partners to evaluate and scope customer technology integrations.
- Analyze business needs and develop comprehensive implementation packages for internal technical teams to execute.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure deliverables align with system capabilities and client expectations.
- Manage and track project progress using Salesforce and other tools, providing timely updates and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the handoff of technical specifications, test files, and documentation for QA review and compliance approvals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve implementation issues, troubleshoot integration challenges, and advise on system capabilities.
- Maintain internal documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing tools such as team wikis or OneNote.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate process recommendations to leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support client onboarding success.
Business Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or project coordination role within a technical or systems-focused environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/project tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Reliable, responsive, and able to independently manage work without heavy supervision.
- Background in insurance is helpful but not required; experience supporting sales teams or customer-facing technical projects is a plus.
