ServiceNow Architect Required Skills:
- 12+ years in ServiceNow platform, 5+ years in CMDB/CSDM.
- Mastery of CSDM 5.0 framework and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Deep knowledge of IRE, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Experience driving CMDB programs across multiple business units or geographies.
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform upgrades, data migration, SNOW and performance tuning.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Workflows, and Custom Applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Additional certifications (e.g., CAD, ITSM, Discovery, IntegrationHub) preferred.
