Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline all financial operations across a growing global enterprise.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team on capital allocation, business development, and long-term planning.
- Build out and refine FP&A, internal controls, and budgeting processes.
- Lead financial reporting, investor communications, and interactions with lenders and capital markets participants.
- Optimize cash flow management across business lines and jurisdictions.
- Bring operational and analytical rigor to a business expanding into media-driven events and experiences.
Requirements
- 15–25 years of experience in operational finance and strategic leadership roles.
- Strong command of financial reporting, forecasting, and capital structure in a private equity-backed environment.
- Experience with global, multi-entity organizations—ideally with exposure to media, entertainment, or event-driven businesses.
- Ability to manage complex capital needs and serve as a primary point of contact for external investors and lenders.
- Previous leadership at the VP level or above in an investment bank, private equity firm, or equivalent strategic finance function.
- A builder’s mindset with the capability to balance high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
