I'm currently partnering with a global platform at the intersection of motorsport, media, and live experiences. Recently carved out from a legacy organization, this is a rare opportunity to take the financial helm of a high-potential portfolio company in transformation mode.

What You’ll Gain

  • Executive-level exposure across a multi-entity, global business with ambitions to redefine the motorsport fan experience.
  • Opportunity to partner with seasoned operators and private equity stakeholders on growth strategy, capital structure, and financial discipline.
  • A hands-on leadership role guiding everything from budgeting and forecasting to capital markets and investor relations.
  • Influence in building out a new media/events platform that sits at the heart of racing culture.
  • A chance to help institutionalize a newly independent company with real momentum and a clear mandate.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline all financial operations across a growing global enterprise.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team on capital allocation, business development, and long-term planning.
  • Build out and refine FP&A, internal controls, and budgeting processes.
  • Lead financial reporting, investor communications, and interactions with lenders and capital markets participants.
  • Optimize cash flow management across business lines and jurisdictions.
  • Bring operational and analytical rigor to a business expanding into media-driven events and experiences.

Requirements

  • 15–25 years of experience in operational finance and strategic leadership roles.
  • Strong command of financial reporting, forecasting, and capital structure in a private equity-backed environment.
  • Experience with global, multi-entity organizations—ideally with exposure to media, entertainment, or event-driven businesses.
  • Ability to manage complex capital needs and serve as a primary point of contact for external investors and lenders.
  • Previous leadership at the VP level or above in an investment bank, private equity firm, or equivalent strategic finance function.
  • A builder’s mindset with the capability to balance high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
