
DV360/CM360 DSP Product Support Sales Account Manager
Job Description:
- We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with some of our top Agency Holding Company Partners.
- Customer Success Managers are on the frontier of driving technology adoption and long-term product usage. In this role, you will focus on project managing and coordinating complex processes, problem solving, communicating across different stakeholder groups, and staying advanced with marketing technology for data collection, measurement, and media activation.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with one or more Agency operating companies on support/troubleshooting and product/technical questions; manage internal cross-functional resources to secure support and response for agency partners
- Partner with team Account Executives to develop scale trainings, product communications, etc. Communication and training agencies on platform functionality (DV360, CM360), new features and functions, product releases, etc.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify and support programmatic media growth opportunities and prevent churn.
Experience:
- Experience working with advertising / digital media agencies
- Experience working in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP or similar competitive DSP platforms
- Technical sales experience
