About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Mid Product Owner to support our Senior Product Manager in delivering user-centered product features aligned with the overall product roadmap. This contract position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, analytics), writing clear product requirements, ensuring quality assurance, and helping manage project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear and detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to refine and finalize requirements.
• Ensure all requirements align with the product vision and business/user needs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to execute product features.
• Act as the go-to liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct hands-on QA testing to validate new features meet UX, functionality, and data standards.
• Identify and document bugs or inconsistencies, and collaborate with engineering to address them.
• Help manage timelines, tasks, and dependencies to keep product initiatives on track.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Senior Product Manager.

Qualifications:

• Experience in product ownership/management or related roles
• Experience with Agile teams and tools like JIRA or Asana
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of software development and QA
• Fluent English Required

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude)
• Experience with wireframing or design collaboration
• Knowledge of e-commerce or onboarding flows

A reasonable estimate of the current range for a Product Owner is from USD 90.000 to USD 115.000 per year.
