As the operational backbone of Digital Engineering, you'll partner closely with the Sr. Director of Digital Engineering and her leadership team to drive key initiatives, foster collaboration across diverse technology groups, and ensure alignment, accountability, and impact across the organization.

- 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or product-adjacent roles within a tech-forward organization
- Proven experience working with cross-functional technology teams, including engineering, product management, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies
- Strategic and operational thinker with a bias for action and outcomes
- Strong communicator and influencer who can build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple workstreams and priorities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving goals and timelines
- Executive presence, emotional intelligence, and a passion for enabling teams to deliver measurable results
As the operational backbone of Digital Engineering, you'll partner closely with the Sr. Director of Digital Engineering and her leadership team to drive key initiatives, foster collaboration across diverse technology groups, and ensure alignment, accountability, and impact across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- You ll also own a range of administrative and operational responsibilities that support day-to-day efficiency, organizational clarity, and effective team execution.
- Own and lead the rhythm of the business managing operational cadences, aligning goals, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple teams
- Drive coordination and transparency across cross-functional technology teams, including product, engineering, data, platform, security, and enterprise architecture
- Support strategy and operations planning and execution across a portfolio of digital products and business initiatives
- Facilitate weekly leadership syncs and cross-team check-ins to surface risks, remove blockers, and align on top priorities
- Develop and refine prioritization frameworks to guide product and engineering decision-making
- Prepare high-impact executive updates, strategic planning documents, and board-level presentations
- Use data to support decision-making and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Administrative & Operational Support:
- Coordinate complex scheduling needs for the Sr. Director and her leadership team, including recurring team cadences, cross-functional meetings, and department-wide events
- Draft and manage leadership communications, including updates, announcements, status reports, and post-meeting summaries
- Document meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through on decisions across teams
- Collaborate with the internal Contract and Vendor Management team to facilitate technology vendor contract workflows ensuring timely approvals, compliance, and effective ongoing vendor oversight
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure new team members are equipped with tools, access, and training resources from day one
- Support planning and logistics for department-wide meetings, business reviews, offsites, and team engagement initiatives including agenda setting, content creation, and follow-ups
- Partner with Engineering Managers and HR to support headcount tracking, hiring coordination, contractor onboarding, and team structure updates
Education:
Bachelor s degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
