We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Owner to support our engineering team in Denver. You’ll be a critical link between engineering, product, and internal stakeholders—ensuring we ship high-quality features and improve our product operations as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own feature testing, UAT, and product release processes
- Write clear, actionable tickets and manage the product backlog
- Monitor system performance and flag issues proactively
- Conduct data validation and ensure clean, accurate inputs/outputs
- Participate in team standups, sprint planning, and cross-functional meetings
- Drive internal process documentation across product operations
- Maintain and update the internal product knowledge base
Requirements:
- 1.5 - 5 years of experience in a product owner
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools
- Prior SaaS experience
- Located in Denver Metro area or willing to relocate within 30 days (no relocation reimbursement)
- College degree
- Allowed to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with government bidding process or software (SLED, specifically)
- Experience working in government (SLED, specifically)
- Experience with sales enablement/buyer intent software
- Experience with help center software
- Salary: $80-100k
- Participation in our Employee Stock Option Program
- Fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance premiums (for individuals)
- Unlimited PTO (target of 25 days/year)
