We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Owner to support our engineering team in Denver. You’ll be a critical link between engineering, product, and internal stakeholders—ensuring we ship high-quality features and improve our product operations as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own feature testing, UAT, and product release processes
  • Write clear, actionable tickets and manage the product backlog
  • Monitor system performance and flag issues proactively
  • Conduct data validation and ensure clean, accurate inputs/outputs
  • Participate in team standups, sprint planning, and cross-functional meetings
  • Drive internal process documentation across product operations
  • Maintain and update the internal product knowledge base

Requirements:

  • 1.5 - 5 years of experience in a product owner
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools
  • Prior SaaS experience
  • Located in Denver Metro area or willing to relocate within 30 days (no relocation reimbursement)
  • College degree
  • Allowed to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with government bidding process or software (SLED, specifically)
  • Experience working in government (SLED, specifically)
  • Experience with sales enablement/buyer intent software
  • Experience with help center software
Compensation:
  • Salary: $80-100k
  • Participation in our Employee Stock Option Program
  • Fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance premiums (for individuals)
  • Unlimited PTO (target of 25 days/year)
