We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Operations Analyst I to join our dynamic IT team. This entry-level role is responsible for Level I technical support, system monitoring, and helping ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (hardware, software, network issues)
Monitor systems and networks to identify and resolve issues proactively
Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
Document technical issues, resolutions, and updates
Support data backup and disaster recovery processes
Ensure reliable connectivity across software applications and mobile devices
Collaborate with the IT team on complex issues
Provide one-on-one technical support and training to end-users as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
