Description
We are looking for an Info. Security & Compliance Analyst to join our client's team in Deerfield Beach, Florida, United States. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, analyzing, and managing information risks across the organization, with a focus on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). You will collaborate with various teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to evaluate third-party risks and oversee the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.
Maintain and update risk management processes within governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms.
Provide guidance to business partners on risk mitigation strategies and informed decision-making.
Implement controls to address identified risks and evaluate residual risks effectively.
Collaborate with teams to enhance the organization's overall security posture and identify areas for improvement.
Perform internal security risk assessments and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Stay informed on emerging security threats, issues, and evolving technical capabilities.
Manage and deliver the enterprise-wide Information Security Awareness and Training program.
Support the development of strategies to remediate or mitigate risks in alignment with business objectives.
Partner with security architecture and engineering teams to gather insights for comprehensive risk awareness.
Requirements
Strong understanding of information security principles, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Proven experience in compliance management and governance frameworks (GRC).
Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and addressing security issues.
Familiarity with InfoSec protocols, standards, and best practices.
CISSP certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
Ability to evaluate and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance requirements.
Expertise in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of information security.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Capacity to stay updated on emerging security threats and compliance regulations.
