  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience, including in-depth knowledge of Pega platforms, healthcare business processes, and a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, designing Pega solutions, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and the development team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 5 years working with Pega solutions.
  • Strong experience in the healthcare domain – payer/provider systems, claims processing, care management, member/provider portals, etc.
  • Deep understanding of Pega PRPC and frameworks such as Pega Customer Service, Pega Healthcare, or Smart Claims is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in business process modeling, creating BRDs/FRDs, and writing user stories in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega DCO tools and ability to work with Pega App Studio/Designer Studio.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with business users, developers, QA, and project managers.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and healthcare data standards (HL7, X12, etc.) is preferred.
  • Pega BA Certification or Pega Business Architect Certification is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Pega Healthcare, Smart Claims, or Pega CS frameworks.
  • Exposure to Pega 8.x upgrades/migrations.
