This role supports the global publicity team for a major streaming service's original films division. 0–2 years of experience in entertainment, publicity, or a related administrative role

Passion for global media and entertainment with a strong foundation in project coordination and communications

Proficient in Apple software including iCal, Mail, and Keynote, with strong organizational and time management skills

Familiar with media relations, press release routing, and event logistics

Skilled in collaborating with publicity teams, external partners, and talent reps

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders

Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

Proactive, discreet, and trustworthy with sound judgment and professionalism

Job Description

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the international film publicity team.

You’ll partner with internal team members and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of publicity activities. This includes scheduling meetings, booking travel, answering phones, processing expenses and invoices, updating team calendars, assisting with press coverage reports, and coordinating event and interview logistics.

You will also help maintain rave sheets, track key publicity milestones, and support the team’s ongoing efforts to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field

Background in entertainment publicity, marketing, PR, or administrative support

Additional Requirements

Experience with event coordination or international media preferred

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $22.00–$25.00 per hour.
