Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this the Security for AI Core Product Marketing Team manages messaging and positioning for security and AI products, influencing product strategy through various insights, and creating content for executive reviews and major marketing moments. They collaborate across different teams to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic and marketing content projects.

• Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting the team during a maternity leave period. The focus is on navigating the complexity of security and AI, working with various stakeholders, and driving strategy and marketing content projects

• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of the following,

50% Meetings: The individual will spend about half of their time in meetings, which are essential for driving the projects they are working on and collaborating with various stakeholders.

50% Focused Work: The remaining half of the day will be dedicated to focused work, including creating deliverables, preparing content for executive reviews, and supporting typical marketing activities such as creating content for sessions, blog posts, and demos.

Responsibilities include:

• Influencing engineering on product roadmap to deliver innovation, ensure competitiveness in the market, and meet customer needs

• Collaborating with business planning on business model decisions and then bringing those to market

• Narrative integration into the broader Security campaign strategy

• Influencing field and partner marketing for enablement and readiness

• Owning and delivering the value proposition of the product in messaging and in content

• Working with customer journey team to amplify Security for AI products

• Deeply understanding competitors and building strategies to address them

• Listening to field input from sellers to influence your marketing motions
