Position Summary

ONeil Interactive is seeking detail-oriented and proactive Digital Project Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of website projects and ongoing client support. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working for a home builder or within the homebuilding industry is expected. However, exceptionally qualified candidates without this experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our home builder clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

Website Project Support:

  • Guide builders through the process of creating their dream website, from initial discovery to website launch.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Proactively identify and communicate project challenges and changes to internal teams and clients.
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track internal and external action items and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement client feedback and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and standards.
  • Participate in the testing and quality assurance (QA) process to ensure we are delivering the best possible product to our clients.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.

Website Maintenance and Support:

  • Monitor and respond to client support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to assess the scope and provide estimates for client-requested website changes or enhancements.
  • Coordinate the implementation of website updates, ensuring thorough testing and QA before client delivery.
  • Communicate client requests, feedback, and priorities to the design and development teams.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple clients and tasks effectively, adapting to changing client needs and priorities.
