Duties:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure proper testing methodologies are followed.
  • Provide functional testing support and ensure product meets specifications and expectations.
  • Continuously improve test strategies and processes to enhance overall software quality.

Skills:

  • Strong automation experience with a solid development background.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, .NET, or Python.
  • Ability to spot issues early in the development cycle and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a functional QA or quality engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern CI/CD tools is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
