National Account Manager (Electrical) - $160K+

An innovative and progressive global manufacturer of Test and Measurement Instrumentation as well as Power Quality Monitoring Solutions for electrical demand and energy and power quality, is expanding and adding a National Account Manager to manage the Top Key Accounts, Distributors and Chanel Partners throughout the United States.

Industries we serve include Utilities & Smart Grid, Power Quality, Healthcare, Energy Management, Aerospace, and Defense

Total Compensation = $160K+ 1st year, a $110K base salary, Full & Complete Benefits including Group Medical, 401K, and complete expense plan.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

• 4+ years of Test & Measurement, Electrical and/or Power Quality sales experience preferred

• 4+ years of experience in technical sales environment is essential, with the ability to demonstrate and provide technical support on a technical product range.

• Proven experience in developing and managing sales channels, Sales Rep Firms and Distributors. • Demonstrable achievement of achieving sales targets through managing sales channels, developing relationships and direct business with key accounts.

• Ability to work largely unsupervised and plan and organise your workload most efficiently.

• CRM Experience.

• Strong product demonstration and presentation skills.

• Must have a problem-solving attitude and willingness to continuously improve.

• A willingness to travel frequently throughout the US

• To be able to demonstrate personal drive, motivation to succeed supported by effective organizational and planning skills.

Education

• BS degree in Engineering or business preferred
