Growth Marketing Manager
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead outbound-focused marketing initiatives that generate demand, build a pipeline, and accelerate business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results. You'll work closely with SDRs, sales, and marketing teams to develop innovative campaigns that engage key personas -- from CISOs to Security Architects -- across enterprise and mid-market segments. Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute outbound growth marketing strategies to generate pipeline opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
- Through highly targeted marketing campaigns, engage key personas, from CISOs to operational roles like Security Architects.
Campaign Development & Account Engagement
- Design and execute integrated outbound campaigns across multiple channels, including direct outreach, events, and webinars.
- Leverage account-based marketing techniques to engage high-value prospects with personalized, data-driven campaigns.
SDR Enablement
- Partner closely with SDRs to develop and refine outreach playbooks, scripts, and templates tailored to specific personas and accounts.
- Provide marketing support to maximize engagement and conversion through coordinated campaigns and targeted messaging.
- Align marketing efforts with SDR outreach to create seamless follow-ups and improve lead qualification processes.
Event & Webinar Execution
- Plan and manage impactful events, workshops, and webinars to generate awareness and drive qualified leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaigns align with pipeline priorities and account strategies.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and AI/BI platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and marketing funnels to refine strategies, improve ROI, and enhance targeting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and SDR teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Partner with analytics and partnerships teams to ensure effective execution and reporting of campaigns.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar outbound-focused role, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven experience executing successful outbound campaigns, events, and webinars.
- Expertise in SDR enablement, including crafting scripts, playbooks, and templates.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and advanced AI/BI platforms.
- Strong ability to engage senior security leaders (e.g., CISOs) and operational personals (e.g., Security Architects).
- Deep understanding of account-based marketing and personalization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail and organization.
- Experience with market research and segmentation to identify high-value accounts.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making processes.
Salary commensurates with experience. Our client offers a range of great benefits to their employees: medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance benefits. The company provides 15 PTO days and 10 paid company holidays per year.
Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren't limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in bonus and commission plans, as well as benefits offerings.
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000.
