The Research Data Support Specialist will provide dedicated research support for clinical trials within the Asthma and Airway Disease Research Center (A2DRC).The major responsibilities in this position are assisting with clinical research data integrity, data management, reporting, and analysis of data entry.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Using detailed instructions does the below work related to Clinical Research Data Integrity:
    • Ensure data is accurate, complete, and entered correctly into various systems.
    • Comply with all data entry procedures and protocols.
    • Conduct quality checks and audits to identify and correct errors.
    • Work with UITS staff to resolve technical issues and ensure data security.
  • Conducts routine Data Management including:
    • Organize and maintain data in databases and other systems.
    • Assist supervisor with implementing data storage and retrieval strategies and RedCap projects, as needed.
    • Ensure data security and confidentiality.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate routine reports and dashboards to track data entry performance.

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Detailed oriented

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience not required.
