They're seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Associate/Senior Associate to join their Strategy and Finance team. This role primarily focuses on the analysis and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, including debt and tax equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive financial analyses, conduct due diligence, and create presentations to support investment decisions.
  • Provide analytical and execution support for M&A, debt, and tax equity transactions, collaborating with project and business development teams on structural and technical aspects.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external partners, such as debt and tax equity providers.
  • Help prepare investment memoranda for potential acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, emerging markets, technologies, and relevant federal and state policies.
  • Stay agile and adapt to changes in both the company and the evolving renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience executing renewables project finance/M&A transactoins
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field of study
  • Strong financial modelling skills
