Project/Domain Overview:

The role of the Sr Project Manager will be to support 2 distinct efforts:

integration of 2Seventy Bio a recent Client acquisition (a small number of lab and quality management systems) and enhancing existing SAP system at a European manufacturing site expansion this includes BOM, Mfg., Materials flow, Warehouse management and intercompany transaction process.

Outline of key responsibilities & deliverables: Key PM Responsibilities include

  • driving end to end project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution to completion. Under the direction of the GPS IT integration lead, develop GPS IT integration plan for lab and quality management systems.
  • Facilitate meeting with the decision makers to finalize disposition plan for various GPS applications. Plan and execute integration efforts for each application in scope, Report to the IMO on progress.
  • Develop detailed Microsoft project plan, build cost estimates to complete integration of each of the identified application by working with business owner, application owner and digital capability delivery teams, enterprise IT teams.
  • Create status updates for various forums and governance committees, taking notes and actions.
  • Require attention to detail and organization of the entire book of work.
  • Work with other PMs and IMO function to ensure orchestrated delivery of projects.
  • Create and maintain all project management deliverables, stakeholder meeting coordination, meeting minutes, workstream planning, facilitate workstream planning and review meetings, prepare all meeting materials status reports, updated project plans, updated RAID log, meeting minutes documentation.
  • For the SAP effort, build integration project plan for requirements analysis, design, build and test phases as prescribed by the SAP deployment methodology.
  • PM is responsible for project plan development, ensuring progress to plan, ensure all project resources (internal and 3rd party) commitments are obtained by collaborating with Resource managers.
  • Work with the site business owners on process mapping, requirements finalization, scheduling requirements workshops, ensure all requirements are signed off.
  • Project progress tracking, financial tracking and control, PMO reporting and overseeing 3rd party vendor delivery.

Experience and Skills:

  • IT Project Management experience in pharmaceutical industry specifically in manufacturing, supply chain and quality systems. Experience of working in Big pharma and in IT preferred.
  • GxP Computer Systems validation
  • High level of proficiency is Microsoft power point presentations, Sharepoint, MS Teams.
  • Expert and hands-on with use of Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills. Ability to lead and facilitate cross functional meetings. Ability to present and provide updates to leadership stakeholders
  • Past experience in project management role for IT integration post M&A projects (PREFERED), knowledge of GMP requirements for IT Systems, Clinical manufacturing, external supply chain and CMO/CDMO IT environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Team player and ability to collaborate with a cross functional team.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical development IT systems, GXP Compliance, Quality management systems in GxP environment. Knowledge of CSV in GMP/Google Cloud Platform domains.
  • Proactive in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, working as a business analyst when needed
  • PMP Certified, Agile Scrum Master (Preferred)
