Job Title: Technical Program Manager Onsite (.NET Modernization)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem to anchor the onsite coordination for a key client engagement. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact for the customer, managing day-to-day interactions, driving progress across the modernization roadmap, and working closely with the offshore delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison between the customer and offshore delivery teams.
  • Own and drive the execution of the 1-year modernization roadmap of the customer s legacy .NET-based systems.
  • Facilitate daily/weekly status updates, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint planning with both customer stakeholders and offshore team leads.
  • Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear, actionable work items.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive timely resolutions.
  • Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring delivery quality and consistency.
  • Help prioritize features, technical debts, and modernization efforts in collaboration with customer product owners.
  • Conduct solution walkthroughs, UAT coordination, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Technical Program Management or Project Delivery roles, especially in customer-facing environments.
  • Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, etc.) able to engage in meaningful technical conversations with architects and developers.
  • Experience working in modernization programs involving legacy systems, cloud migration, or re-architecting initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore models comfortable bridging time zones and cultures.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and client presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical background (B.Tech/B.E./MCA or equivalent) with a strong foundation in software engineering.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience working with customers in logistics domain is a bonus.
