Job Description:

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow applications. Your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules will be crucial in optimizing our processes and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, Employee Center, Custom Widgets, and Decision Tree Tables.
  • Implement and configure Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Request Management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve our ServiceNow environment.

Must Have:
  • Extensive experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), including:
  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Request Management
  • Proficiency in Employee Center
  • Expertise in developing Custom Widgets
  • Experience with Decision Tree Tables
    Nice to Have:
    • Familiarity with NowAssist
    • Knowledge of Digital Product Release (DPR)
    • Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
    • Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
